- Fill the applicator: Squeeze the tube to fill the re-usable applicator with the required amount of Replens.
- Insert the applicator: Gently insert the applicator into the vaginal canal and slowly release the product by pressing the applicator’s plunger.
- Use once every 3 days: For long-lasting moisture, apply Replens once every 3 days, or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
- Clean the applicator after each use with warm water and soap, then allow it to dry completely before reusing.
