Alka-Seltzer Extra Strong is a fast-acting effervescent tablet that provides effective relief from pain, fever, and indigestion. It contains aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid), which works as an analgesic (pain reliever), anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic (fever reducer). The effervescent formula allows for quick absorption, making it ideal for headaches, migraines, cold and flu symptoms, heartburn, and acid indigestion.
Acetylsalicylic Acid (Aspirin): 500 mg
Sodium Content: Approx. 477 mg per tablet (high sodium content – caution for low-sodium diets)
Active Ingredient: Acetylsalicylic Acid (Aspirin) – 500 mg per tablet
Other Ingredients: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Citric Acid, Sodium Carbonate, Anhydrous
Dissolve 1-2 tablets in a glass of water (about 200ml).
Allow the tablets to fully dissolve before drinking.
Dosage:
Adults & children over 16 years: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, as needed.
Maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not take on an empty stomach.
If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, consult a doctor.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use.
Not suitable for children under 16 due to the risk of Reye’s syndrome.
